My wife and I currently own lot 85 which is an un-built lot and are purchasing a home at 1000 South Blakeslee Rd to use as our full time residence.
The Blakeslee community is located on a natural peninsula which has become home to many high-end houses on over sized, level, wooded lots. The community is one of the few in the Deep Creek Lake area to have an indoor pool, community center, 2 tennis courts, a full size basketball court, kids playground, soccer field and miles of hiking, biking, ATV and Snowmobile trails. All of the roads in the community are paved and privately owned with no thru traffic.
